To be considered for induction into the Plainville Sports Hall of Fame, a prospective candidate must meet one or more of the following guidelines:

The individual must be a Plainville native or gained prominence while performing or coaching at Plainville High School or on Plainville teams.

The individual must have gained prominence as a player, coach or official at Plainville High School or at the collegiate or professional level.

The individual must have reached the age of 35 years. In the event of serious illness or death, an individual will be eligible immediately,
-
Any other special category determined by the selection committee may be included if such individual has made a noteworthy contribution to Plainville Sports.

PLEASE USE THE NOMINATION FORM TO ENTER THEIR
INFORMATION.

All nominees must have a completed bio or resume for the committee to review including contact information such as their mailing address and next of kin for deceased nominees. If none exists, consideration for that nominee will be deferred.
